Our currency is called platisos. One platiso is equal to ninety-five cents Canadian. We have five different coins, all worth different amounts. We have copper coins, bronze coins, silver coins, gold coins, and platinum coins. Here’s a table for what each coin is worth.
Copper coin = 1 platiso = $0.95
Bronze coin = 3 platisos = $2.85
Silver coin = 30 platisos = $28.50
Gold coin = 50 platisos = $47.50
Platinum coin = 100 platisos = $95.00
We also have a welfare system, which provides 270 platisos per week for those without jobs. If somebody tries to pretend they don’t have a job and get caught, our welfare system will not apply to them for five years. Otherwise, people might try to cheat the system.
The minimum wage is nine platisos per hour. If someone pays someone less than this, they also will not be covered by our welfare system for up to two years, depending on how much they did or didn’t give them.
